I’ve been terrified of the dentist and hadn’t gone in nearly 4 years. I thought I would get lectured for how long it’s been but Dr. Schmitt and everyone else were so friendly and reassuring. They have now put a crown on my tooth and I return in a couple of weeks to get more work done, and I’m actually looking forward to it.

She recalled details from my previous visit as if the intervening six months had not happened. Her personal involvement in her patient’s well-being is unprecedented in my experience. As for the dental procedure, I was apprehensive about damaging the adjacent teeth. I need not have concerned myself. The painless, albeit involved process, has absolutely confirmed my belief that Dr. Schmitt’s priority is the comfort and confidence of the patient.
